My husband and I are so pleased with the windows and installation. Our house is 105 years old and presented quite a challenge. Willie and Joe were up for it. This is our first winter with the new windows and we could not be more pleased. I recently bought a home from the 1920’s that still had original windows, which were drafty and single-paned. Many windows wouldn’t close or open, and we were freezing. I called many other businesses to tried and get new windows and kept getting stuck, it would take months to even schedule a consultation appointment, it was overly complicated and slow. Willie came to measure the same day on time! Willie and Joe were extremely efficient- it took them 5 days to do the whole house- as well as reliable and professional. Their work is outstanding and I feel like I have a new house. The windows look amazing and are top-of-the-line quality, the exterior capping is beautiful, and best of all, I have better energy efficiency in my home. The price was absolutely reasonable and right too. They said they would get the job done, and they certainly nailed it. No pun intended! I’m sure I’ll be calling them again!

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new window. The whole front of my house looks so updated and the inside looks beautiful. Joe paid so much attention to every detail and his work is impeccable. The entire project was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Joe worked neatly and efficiently. Had Joe from Factory Doors and Windows do a huge window replacement job on a 120 year old Victorian house. Nothing in a house that old is straight, true , or matching. I have to tell you, the windows he put in are absolutely perfect the way they fit and operate and each one was measured for the opening it went into. Every window is level, straight and square in its opening. They carefully removed the old windows without damaging any of the trim, tarps were put down and the work was done without any kind of mess inside or out. If you want a professional job done without any problems and looks beautiful, give them a call.

I know the installation was difficult as the pre-existing screen room was out of square and uneven. Your attention to detail was what made the job finish so well. After several appointments with Willie, looking at everyone’s door in my neighborhood, I finally decided on the perfect door. Then to take it one step further, I made the decision to add molding to the inside and outside. The door arrived quicker than I expected. And the molding delivered directly to me. Willie was there when the door was delivered to inspect and make sure there were no problems. And came to check the molding as well. Joe and his team arrived on time and spent hours making sure it was perfect. This is not an easy job. The guys were polite, the house left clean after they left and I have a brand new door that changes the entire look of my home. Willie checked in throughout the day to make sure I was completely satisfied. My neighbors have all commented on my door. My home was previously very drafty in the Winter and very hot in the Summer. Immediately after the installation, my home became instantly cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter. The windows and doors are very good quality. After 5 years however, my storm door somehow malfunctioned between the misuse with my kids. I contacted the owner Willie and he came by the next day to look at it. He ordered me a new door and informed me my warranty was still active. My new storm door was ordered and reinstalled within one week. The workers were very professional, respectful and stayed a long time to ensure it was installed just right.
