This is my first time writing a yelp review because I never been this pleased with service and quality! Joe and Willie are a great team! My windows and doors look great, they were efficient, clean, and a pleasure to have in my home. Their craftsmanship is impeccable, Joe did gorgeous interior moldings on all my windows and doors, and then he capped and trimmed the exterior of all the windows I didn’t have replaced to match the new ones! I interviewed multiple big companies and private contractors before booking this job, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome with Factory Doors and Windows!

My husband and I are so pleased with the windows and installation. Our house is 105 years old and presented quite a challenge. Willie and Joe were up for it. This is our first winter with the new windows and we could not be more pleased. Our heating bill has plummeted, there are no more drafts and cold spots in the house, and the whole process was so easy and fast. Not like dealing with most contractors, that’s for sure! They are reliable, easy to contact and men of their word.  What else could you ask for?

I recently bought a home from the 1920’s that still had original windows, which were drafty and single-paned. Many windows wouldn’t close or open, and we were freezing. I called many other businesses to tried and get new windows and kept getting stuck, it would take months to even schedule a consultation appointment, it was overly complicated and slow. Willie came to measure the same day on time! Willie and Joe were extremely efficient- it took them 5 days to do the whole house- as well as reliable and professional. Their work is outstanding and I feel like I have a new house. The windows look amazing and are top-of-the-line quality, the exterior capping is beautiful, and best of all, I have better  energy efficiency in my home. The price was absolutely reasonable and right too. They said they would get the job done, and they certainly nailed it. No pun intended! I’m sure I’ll be calling them again!

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new window. The whole front of my house looks so updated and the inside looks beautiful. Joe paid so much attention to every detail and his work is impeccable. The entire project was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Joe worked neatly and efficiently. Not only is the window top-quality , but the cost was less than half of the estimates I was quoted by other well known window replacement companies. I can’t wait for Factory Doors and Windows to replace more windows in my house.

 Had Joe from Factory Doors and Windows do a huge window replacement job on a 120 year old Victorian house. Nothing in a house that old is straight, true , or matching. I have to tell you, the windows he put in are absolutely perfect the way they fit and operate and each one was measured for the opening it went into. Every window is level, straight and square in its opening. They carefully removed the old windows without damaging any of the trim, tarps were put down and the work was done without any kind of mess inside or out. If you want a professional job done without any problems and looks beautiful, give them a call.

I just wanted to thank you for a fantastic installation of the 9 windows and custom construction for our sun room. I know the installation was difficult as the pre-existing screen room was out of square and uneven. Your attention to detail was what made the job finish so well. You did a masterful job making it look like the room came out of the better homes magazine. The special cedar planking and trim made the room look out of this world. Please feel free to use our sun room as a reference for your future customers
